I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's decoration. The elegant furnishings and warm color palette made it feel like a home away from home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and socializing. as a senior woman, I truly appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate the different floors and areas of the hotel.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for more seating options with back support. While the hotel had plenty of seating, some of the chairs were lacking adequate back support, which could be a bit uncomfortable for older individuals.

We had the best time exploring all the fun attractions in Cervia. First, we visited the incredible amusement parks and water parks in the area. We had a blast riding thrilling roller coasters and zooming down awesome water slides. And let's not forget about the Imax 3D cinema - it was like we were right in the middle of the action!
The only thing we would have asked for is more vibrant nightlife in the area. While there were plenty of fun activities during the day, we were hoping for some wild parties in the evening.

Super friendly and hardworking staff. Great location close to beach and town. Loved exploring the picturesque old center and the lively evening market. Small hotel on a quiet street. Food was delicious with plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. The hotel went above and beyond for gluten-free guests - offering locally sourced handmade products.
Do recommend.

Great location, close to the town center and beach. Loved the lively atmosphere created by the evening market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for breakfast and a well-balanced evening meal. The room was cozy, although it could have used some pictures on the walls to add a touch of personality. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and play garden, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The only thing to mention is that breakfast closes slightly earlier than expected. a fantastic stay at this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great! Near everything you need on vacation and easily accessible parking. But even better than that, the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and even arranged an early breakfast when we needed it. The swimming pool is a nice bonus too!
If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the room next door.

Good location and nice breakfast selection. Easy to move around the area with public transportation. Free parking close to the hotel was a bonus.
The room was small and outdated, in need of a renovation. the heating system was not working properly and it was very cold inside.

The location was perfect and close to everything we needed on our vacation. We were able to explore the town square and marina with ease. the staff provided excellent service, especially during a health crisis, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the rooms were clean and comfortable with a well-functioning air conditioning system.
The noise level was quite high, and we wished we had brought earplugs. We could hear every sneeze and crying baby which was quite bothersome.
